Flawless Icon has been the best thing to happen to my skin! After two not so great experiences with laser hair removal it is a delight to find someone so knowledgeable in her craft. she is very welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have on your laser journey. She is so awesome at what she does!

One of the worst customer service ever, went with my girl to this place the staff in Miami were rude and not pleasant. We still ended going with them, to do the procedure and also I ask if there is anything else we needed. We also bought things that recommended to us but the people that were doing the procedure did not look trained nor had any decent customer service. Majority of the people there were on their phones to a point the owner had to yell at one of them. This place is very unprofessional, they do not make you feel welcome. I would save your money and go elsewhere. It was a bad experience overall, I would instead go to B med spa customer service was very welcoming when I went with my girlfriend. P.S Very misleading on pricing plus add a 15% surcharge for a doctor you don’t even see. Make sure to do your research when looking up them. It’s so sad that you have to delete someone’s honest post just because you don’t want people to know the truth

I'm soooo happy that I found her! She explained the whole process to me. she made me feel safe and comfortable. I did my first last session with her and it was a great experience. I will continue with my sessions with her🙌🏻. The laser wasn't bad at all because the cooling air and plus I was taking too much. Lol. HONESTLY, I recommend laser by Flawless Icon! Plus, she's sweet.

Very misleading business…I recommend that you go to their page and not look at instagram post. I was told that the treatments I had paid for would be a total of 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I advised them I had to go and I hadn’t completed my first treatment. I was okay with only paying for the first treatment but asked to be reimbursed for the others. I flew into Miami to get treatment. Original appointment time was 10 and then it was changed to 11 am. Giving me limited time before my afternoon flight. Honestly, I’m glad that I ran out of time and had a flight to catch because my intuition was right, they are only worried about making money. The customers happiness is not the first thing in mind for this business. Also note, that they charge a 15% charge for a doctor that doesn’t even see you.

Pay attention to how this "company" responds to reviews. If the employees cannot even proofread before posting in a public forum, this is NOT a professional medical practice. I was enticed by the IG "liposhot" results so I decided to do some research on Google. The ingredients used are not FDA approved. Idk what type of waiver they're getting people to sign, but I guaruntee it's signing your life away. There are so many better cosmetic options. TRUST. You've been warned. & to whomever handles communications for this "business"... don't even bother replying. Just look for another job because I'm reporting your company to the Florida Department of Health in the morning.

Lovvvveeeeeee it here!!!so far I got facials, wooden therapy treatment, laser hair removal and tattoo removal and I’ve been extremely pleased with it all!! Super professional, clean, THEY GET THE JOB DONE!! no complaints over here !!!

My favorite Med spa in Miami. I had a great experience here the facials are amazing 🤩 as well as the endermologie really helped with my cellulite. Will definitely be back to try more of their services. They make you feel so welcomed love it.

I love their products only issue I have is it take so long for my order to come by mail,☹️if they offer express mail I would definitely accept it, however their products is good 👍

I called in today approximately around 1:00pm inquiring about fillers and facial contouring services. The young lady who answered the phone was not professional nor informative at all. Mind u that I reside in Jacksonville Fl, and was contemplating on traveling to Miami. After my short conversation, I was left with an unsettling feeling of the business professionalism and high standards for good customer service. Needless to say, I will not be pratonizing this business and I'm African American.
